    * Says it signs agreement with Shanxi Zhangze Electric 
Power  000767.SZ  on reorganization of Shanxi branch of Chalco 
and Shanxi Huaze Aluminium & Power 
    * Says it will own 85.98 percent stake in the restructured 
firm while Shanxi Zhangze Electric Power will own 14.02 percent 
stake 
    * Says registered capital at the restructured firm will 
increase to 4.28 billion yuan from 1.50 billion yuan
