Owens & Minor falls as Q1 core earnings miss estimates

** Shares of medical supplies distributor Owens & Minor
 OMI.N  fall 20.6% to $19.44  
    ** Co reports Q1 adjusted core earnings of $116.3 mln, below
estimates of $118.7 mln 
     ** Co also reaffirms annual revenue and profit forecast  
     ** Expects revenue for 2024 to be in a range of $10.5 bln
to $10.9 bln 
     ** Sees annual adj. profit per share in the range of $1.40
to $1.70
    ** Posts Q1 adj. profit of 19 cents per share, narrowly
beating estimates of 18 cents per share  
    ** Including session moves, stock mostly flat YTD
