** Co reports Q2 rev of $681.9 million from continuing operations vs analysts' average estimate of $2.73 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Says OMI is in final stages of divesting its Products & Healthcare Services business, which distributes products to healthcare providers and manufacturers

** Co forecast 2025 rev from continuing operations between $2.76 billion and $2.82 billion

** Analysts were expecting revenue of $3.03 billion from the remaining unit that distributes products directly to patients

** Sees 2025 adj income per share ranging from $1.02 to $1.07

** Including session moves, stock down ~57% YTD
