Accent Group Announces Sarah Ireland as Interim CEO

Following the news last month that Paul Dolan will step down as Accent's CEO,
Accent announces that Sarah Ireland, the group's current Executive Director of
Strategy and Growth, will assume the position of Interim CEO as the search for
Paul's permanent successor begins. Sarah joined Accent in 2018 and currently
holds responsibility for Accent's development, sales, homeownership, and
strategy functions.

Speaking of the appointment, Accent's Group Chair, Tom Miskell says:

"The board and I are delighted that Sarah will lead Accent as Interim CEO.
Sarah's strategic and visionary approach are poised to drive continued growth,
innovation, and customer impact as we embark on our new corporate strategy.

Under her strong stewardship and the strong leadership team Paul has
developed, Accent is primed to continue moving forward ensuring this
transition period is smooth for our colleagues and customers."

Sarah will work closely with Paul to ensure a seamless handover and will
assume the position of Interim CEO at the end of April when Paul leaves.
