The Riverside Group Limited - confirmation of new CEO.

 

The Riverside Group Limited ("TRGL") is a charitable Registered Society under
the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. TRGL is also a
Registered Provider of Social Housing and is the parent of Riverside Finance
plc.

 

Further to the announcement on 13 September 2023 that Carol Matthews, CEO of
TRGL, had decided to retire in 2024, an exercise to appoint her successor has
been undertaken.  It can now be announced that the Board of TRGL has agreed
to appoint Paul Dolan as the new CEO of TRGL when Carol Matthews formally
retires. Paul Dolan is currently CEO at Accent Group Ltd. and it is intended
that he will join TRGL in May 2024.
