** Shares of Accenture ACN.N fall 3.1% to $189.19 premarket

** ACN says it expects Q3 revenue to be between $18.35 billion and $19.0 billion, the mid point of which is below analysts' avg est of $18.72 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Co reports Q2 revenue of $18.04 billion vs est of $17.84 billion

** As of last close, stock down ~27% this year
