Accenture to take majority stake, acquire cybersecurity firms in $4.18 billion deal June 18 (Reuters) - Consultancy firm Accenture ACN.N said on Thursday it will buy a majority stake in Dragos and fully acquire runZero and NetRise in a combined deal valued at $4.18 billion.
