June 17 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Wednesday:
     
** Brazilian conglomerate Cosan CSAN3.SA said its Radar unit has agreed to sell part of its farmland portfolio in Brazil's Mato Grosso state for 1.85 billion reais ($363.27 million), of which about 586 million reais corresponds to Cosan's stake, as part of its divestment and deleveraging strategy.

** MSC, the world's largest container shipping company, denied a report by Manager Magazin that its founder and executive chairman Gianluigi Aponte is looking to acquire a stake in German rival Hapag-Lloyd HLAG.DE.

** British recruiter Hays HAYS.L said that it has sold its businesses in six European countries and is considering more exits, as a prolonged hiring slowdown in the region pushes the group to sharpen its focus on core operations.

** Italian digital transformation group Engineering said it would sell units Alfahealth and Industries eXcellence to global tech consulting company Accenture ACN.N.
