accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment and cultural markets, confirms that, as announced in the Group's preliminary results announcement of 18th March 2020, Tom Burnet, a non-executive director of the Group, did not seek re-election to the Board at today's AGM and has now stood down from his position.
 
Tom Burnet joined accesso as CEO in 2010, and served as the Group's Executive Chairman between 2016 and 2019 before becoming a non-executive director on its Board. During his time with the Group he has been instrumental in accesso's development, overseeing five acquisitions and driving the Group to a leading position within its industry.
