pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial
period ended 31 December 2023 ("Annual Report") and Notice of 2024 Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM of the Company will be held at Unit 5, The Pavilions, Ruscombe Park,
