Change of Auditor

accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions
provider to leisure, entertainment and cultural markets, today announces that
it has appointed Grant Thornton UK LLP ('Grant Thornton') as its auditor
following a comprehensive tender process.

Grant Thornton will conduct the audit of the Group's financial statements for
the year ended 31 December 2022 and a proposal to re-appoint Grant Thornton as
auditors of the Group will be subject to approval by the shareholders at the
2023 Annual General Meeting.

Grant Thornton replace KMPG LLP ('KPMG'), who have been the Group's auditor
since November 2016. The Board thanks KPMG for their services to the Group
over this time. KPMG has confirmed to the Company that there are no matters
connected with their ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the
attention of the members or creditors of the Company for the purposes of
section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
