PDMR notification

 

accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ASCO), the premier technology solutions
provider for attractions and venues worldwide, was notified on 21 September
2023 that Bill Russell, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 6,500
ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 September 2023 at a
price of £6.34 per share via the US OTC market.

 

Following these purchases, Bill Russell holds an interest of 60,007 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.14% of the Company.
