PDMR notification

 

accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions
provider to leisure, entertainment and cultural markets, today announces that
on 25 April 2022, the Company granted the following conditional share awards
(the "Awards") over ordinary shares of 1 penny each of the Company (the
"Ordinary Shares") to Fern MacDonald (Chief Financial Officer) under the
accesso Technology Group 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), approved by
shareholders on 23 May 2017.

This award is consistent with previous annual awards to certain Directors of
the Company under the LTIP and will vest three years from this date, with a
requirement that the Ordinary Shares be held for a further six months
thereafter. The Awards are subject to certain financial and operational
performance conditions. No consideration will be paid for the conditional
shares upon their vesting and the issue of the Awards will be subject to the
related performance criteria.
