Acciona slides after discounted share sale

** Shares in Acciona ANA.MC fall about 6% following a discounted share sale via accelerated bookbuilding
** The placement that took place on Monday was priced at €217.90 per share and raised about €359 million ($413.03 million)
** Broker Banco Sabadell says this represented a discount of 5.7% to Monday's session close
** The placement was aimed at facilitating a diversification of the portfolio of certain members of the Entrecanales family who do not hold executive positions at Acciona, the brokerage adds 
** The stock is on track for its biggest daily decline since March, if losses hold
