Avangrid said on Tuesday its company NYSEG would invest $122 million to upgrade Meyer Substation in Dansville, New York.

Acciona is considering buying a unit of New Zealand's construction company Fletcher Building FBU.NZ, which may be worth between 175 million euros ($204.87 million) and 250 million euros, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Wednesday.
