€700,000,000 4.125% SENIOR SECURED NOTES DUE 2020
ISSUED BY INTERNATIONAL GAME TECHNOLOGY PLC

Reference is hereby made to (1) that certain Indenture dated as of April 7, 2015 among International Game Technology PLC, a public limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales (the "Issuer"), as the Issuer; certain subsidiaries of the Issuer, as the Initial Guarantors; BNY Mellon Corporate Trustee Services Limited, as Trustee; The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, as Security Agent; The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch, as Euro Paying Agent and Transfer Agent; The Bank of New York Mellon, as Dollar Paying Agent and Dollar Registrar; and The Bank of New York Mellon (Luxembourg) S.A., as Euro Registrar, with respect to $600,000,000 5.625% Senior Secured Notes due February 15, 2020, $1,500,000,000 6.250% Senior Secured Notes due February 15, 2022, $1,100,000,000 6.500% Senior Secured Notes due February 15, 2025, €700,000,000 4.125% Senior Secured Notes due February 15, 2020 and €850,000,000 4.750% Senior Secured Notes due February 15, 2023 (the "Indenture") and (2) that certain Notice of Redemption dated June 12, 2019 by the Issuer pursuant to Section 3.03 of the Indenture with respect to the redemption of the Issuer's €700,000,000 4.125% Senior Secured Notes due February 15, 2020 (Regulation S ISIN XS1204431867 and Rule 144A ISIN XS1204433566 and Common Code 120443356) (the "2020 4.125% Notes") pursuant to Section 3.07(d) of the Indenture (the "Initial Notice").  This Supplemental Notice of Redemption supplements the Initial Notice in certain respects.

The 2020 4.125% Notes must be surrendered to the Relevant Paying Agent to collect the Redemption Price, plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, and Additional Amounts, if any (the "Redemption Payment").
 
Unless the Issuer defaults in making the Redemption Payment, interest and Additional Amounts, if any, on the 2020 4.125% Notes cease to accrue on and after the Scheduled Redemption Date.

The Condition (as defined in the Initial Notice) has been satisfied and the Redemption Date (as defined in the Initial Notice) will be the Scheduled Redemption Date.
