Secondary Sale in Accsys Technologies PLC Shares

 

Ineos Acetyls Investments Limited (the "Seller"), announces it has sold its
entire shareholding of 7,500,000 ordinary shares (the "Sale Shares") in the
capital of Accsys Technologies PLC ("Accsys" or the "Company") (the
"Transaction"). The Transaction was effected by way of an off-market
transaction. The Seller owned approximately 3.1% of the Company's issued share
capital prior to the Transaction.

A total of 7,500,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.1% of the
Company's issued share capital, have been sold at a price of 61 pence per
share.

ABN AMRO Bank N.V. ("ABN AMRO") and Panmure Liberum Limited ("Panmure
Liberum"), acted as brokers in connection with the Transaction.
