French utility group Suez says it has no plans to divest from Italy's Acea
PARIS, March 6 (Reuters) - French waste and water group Suez said in a statement on Thursday that it has no plans to divest from Italian regional utility Acea. Acea shares ACE.MI fell 8% to their lowest level since mid-July on Thursday after Italian newspaper Milano Finanza reported that Suez - Acea's second-largest shareholder - is considering selling its 23.33% stake in the Rome-based utility.
