ECONOMY
The Prometeia think-tank raised on Monday its estimates for
Italy's GDP growth in 2024 to 0.5%, from the 0.4% it had
forecast in December.
DEBT
Treasury announces sale of BTP Short and BTPei bonds, with
relative amounts to be auctioned on Feb. 23.
The Bank of Italy releases December data on foreign
investors holdings of Italian government bonds.
COMPANIES

Eni Natural Energies has agreed to buy around 17% of BF unit
Società Italiana Sementi for 25 million euros ($26.93 million),
BF said on Monday. It added that the operation, subject to
"golden power" rules, is expected to be completed by April.
ANIMA HOLDING ANIM.MI
Italy's competition authority said in a statement it will
not begin an investigation on Anima's purchase of Kairos from
Kairos Investment Management, part of the Julius Baer group
BAER.S , as the operation does not significantly hamper
competition in the affected markets and will not result in the
creation or strengthening of a dominant position.

Italy's biggest make-up supplier said on Monday it
temporally suspended its IT services following a malware attack
the previous day. The suspension will not have a significant
impact on the group results, it said.
