** Co announces full enrollment of its mid-stage study of
ACER-801, its drug candidate for moderate to severe Vasomotor
Symptoms (VMS) associated with menopause
** VMS are caused by a disruption in sex hormone signaling
in the brain, leading to significant impact on patient's quality
of life, including sleep deprivation, lack of focus, anxiety or
depression
** Topline results from the trial are expected in mid-March

** Stock has fallen 12% in last 12 months
