total 
    * Says repurchase period from Aug. 9 to Aug. 8, 2018  
    * Says it will retire 900,000 shares (4.9 percent of 
outstanding) of its common stock on Aug. 23  
    * Says the total shares outstanding is 17.5 million shares 
after the retirement
