** Shares of Aclaris Therapeutics  ACRS.O  rise 9.3% to
$1.01 premarket
    ** ACRS says that "it is conducting a strategic review of
its business to determine how to optimally deploy its capital to
maximize shareholder return"
    ** Co's chairman and ex-CEO Neal Walker has been appointed
as interim CEO, after Douglas Manion stepped down from the
position
    ** Drug developer's decision comes a week after the
once-daily version of its atopic dermatitis drug did not show
statistical significance in a mid-stage trial
    ** Co's stock fell 93.3% in 2023
