The benchmark S&P 500 and the tech-laden Nasdaq touched near two-week highs on
Wednesday, as lower Treasury yields boosted megacaps, while investors keenly
awaited inflation reports and earnings from major lenders later in the week.

37,598.54. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.25% at 4,768.52 and the Nasdaq Composite
