** Co says it has entered into distribution and supply
agreements with Esteve Pharmaceuticals S.A to commercialize

** INBRIJA is used in adult patients with Parkinson's
disease
** Under agreement, ACOR will receive a "significant
double-digit percent" of INBRIJA's selling price in Spain in
exchange for supplying the product

** Stock down ~8% YTD, as of last close
