Acorda up on licensing agreement with Asieris Pharmaceuticals

4.7% to $0.44 before the bell
    ** Co licenses its pre-clinical candidate, nepicastat, to
Asieris Pharmaceuticals  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nBw39tsnPa
    ** Under the agreement, Acorda will receive upfront payment
of $500,000 and up to $7 mln in milestone payments and is also
entitled to receive royalty on future sales
    ** Nepicastat will be developed for all non-psychiatric
indications and therapeutic uses - ACOR
    ** Up to Friday's close, stock had lost ~82% YTD
