** Co licenses its pre-clinical candidate, nepicastat, to

** Under the agreement, Acorda will receive upfront payment
of $500,000 and up to $7 mln in milestone payments and is also
entitled to receive royalty on future sales
** Nepicastat will be developed for all non-psychiatric
