Wall Street's main indexes opened higher on Tuesday as investors were hopeful of
more stimulus from Washington, with Senate Republicans preparing to vote on a
bill to help small businesses hammered by the COVID-19 pandemic.  .N 
    At 9:55 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.65% at
28,378.18. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.62% at 3,448.26 and the Nasdaq Composite
