Wall Street's main indexes were set to open higher on Tuesday as investors were
hopeful of more stimulus from Washington with Senate Republicans preparing to
vote on a bill to help small businesses hammered by the COVID-19 pandemic .N 
    At 8:23 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.46% at 28,230. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.19% at 3,429.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.05%
at 11,655.75.
