U.S. stock index futures extended gains on Monday on better-than-expected
results from Bank of America, with investors scanning the latest batch of
earnings for impact of decades-high inflation and rising interest rates on
corporate profit. .N 
    At 7:33 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 1.00% at 30,005. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 1.21% at 3,641, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up
1.42% at 10,897.
