    * Proposed Acquisition Of 60% Of The Issued Share Capital Of 
Golden Harvest Engineering Pte Ltd)  
    * Deal for a total consideration of s$1.86 million 
    * Acromec ltd - it will acquire 60% of issued and paid-up 
share capital of golden harvest engineering pte ltd 
    * Acromec ltd - of purchase consideration, s$860,000 will be 
paid in form of new shares of company at an issue price of 
s$0.375
