** Pharma firm says it has secured A$1.6 million ($1.16 million) in commitments through a share placement to institutional and professional investors at 0.95 AU cents a share

** Proceeds from the placement will bankroll the development of the firm's female testosterone program and support its advance toward a co‑development deal

** Offer price implies a 13.6% markdown to the stock’s last closing level - co
