ACS, through subsidiaries Dragados and Vias, won the first-phase construction contracts for the Spanish Army's new logistics base in Cordoba, a project with investment of about 391 million euros, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Friday.

Spain's government said it would favour a Spanish buyer for olive oil producer Deoleo to protect domestic industrial and olive grower interests, as Italy's Coricelli leads the bidding with a 500 million euro offer ahead of Dcoop and Acesur, Spanish newspaper El Confidencial reported on Thursday.
