CIRSA CIRSA.MC 
Cirsa has bought a majority stake in Paraguay's leading online casino operator Slots del Sol, its largest deal since listing in July 2025, with existing local owners retaining minority shares, Spanish economic newspaper Expansion reported on Monday.

ALANTRA ALNTA.MC 
Alantra Private Equity is exploring strategic options including a potential sale of berry producer Surexport, valued at over €600 million, with a process expected after summer and founders retaining stakes and management, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Monday.
