 * High court of Punjab & Haryana sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of Ace 
   TC Rentals Private Limited With Co

Action Construction Equipment Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana, at Chandigarh, in the matter of Company Petition no 128 of 2015 connected with CP 61 of 2015, has approved and sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of ACE TC Rentals Private Limited (Transferor Company) with Action Construction Equipment Limited. (Transferee Company), The Appointed Date for the Scheme is April 01, 2014. (The copy of the sanctioning order dated November 17, 2015 uploaded on the Hon'ble High Court's website on December 03, 2015. 
 
The Company has applied for the certified copy of the order. The Scheme of Amalgamation will be effective once certified copy of the order is filed with the Registrar of Companies.
