Activision climbs on sale of non-European streaming rights

** Shares of "Call of Duty" maker Activision  ATVI.O  rise
over 1% to $91.88 premarket 
    ** Potential owner Microsoft  MSFT.O  says ATVI to sell its
non-European streaming rights for the next 15 years to Ubisoft
Entertainment  UBIP.PA  
    ** New deal is to address CMA's concerns that the original
deal hampers innovation and choice in cloud gaming - MSFT
    ** UK's Competition and Markets Authority opens new phase 1
investigation into the new, restructured deal with deadline on
Oct 18 this year
    ** Since MSFT said it is buying ATVI for $68.7 bln in Jan
2022, the deal has faced multiple blocks from regulators citing
competition concerns
    ** MSFT's shares climbs 0.5% before the bell 
    ** Up to last close, ATVI had risen 18.5% this year
