WASHINGTON, Oct 13 (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Trade Commission said on Friday that it remained focused on its appeal opposing Microsoft's MSFT.O now-closed deal to buy Activision ATVI.O but would "assess" the company's agreement with Ubisoft UBIP.PA .
