Sept 22 - Britain's antitrust regulator on Friday said Microsoft's MSFT.O restructured acquisition of Activision Blizzard ATVI.O , in which the "Call of Duty" maker agreed to sell its streaming rights to Ubisoft Entertainment UBIP.PA , "opens the door" to deal being cleared.
