European Commission says no clash with Microsoft's UK commitments

STOCKHOLM, Oct 13 (Reuters) - The European Commission
said on Friday new commitments given by Microsoft  MSFT.O  to
Britain's antitrust regulator for buying Activision Blizzard
 ATVI.O  does not interfere with its EU commitments.
    Microsoft had restructured the deal under pressure from the
UK's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
