LONDON, Aug 22 (Reuters) - Microsoft MSFT.O said it
expects that the British antitrust regulator's review of its
newly restructured deal to buy Activision Blizzard ATVI.O can
be completed before a deadline of Oct. 18.
"Microsoft today has notified the restructured transaction
to the CMA and anticipates that the CMA review processes can be
completed before the 90-day extension in its acquisition
agreement with Activision Blizzard expires on October 18," it
said in a statement.
