Acuity Brands up as Q2 results beat estimates

** Industrial tech co's shares  AYI.N  up 2.7% at $190.21 in
premarket trading
    ** Reports Q2 revenue above estimates, helped by a 17.1% and
15.5% rise in net sales at Acuity Brands Lighting and Lighting
Controls segment as well as Intelligent Spaces Group segment
    ** On an adj. basis, co earned $2.57/share compared with
estimates of $2.37/share, according to Refinitiv data
    ** As of last close, stock fell ~13% this year
