** Shares of Australia's Acusensus  ACE.AX  rise as much as
7.7% to a record high of A$0.91
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Oct. 2,
2023
    ** Traffic enforcement tech co says it has entered into a
new agreement with the South Australian government to deliver
multiple fixed mobile phone detection camera installations
    ** Says estimated contract value of agreement over initial
term is about A$5 mln ($3.36 mln)
    ** Agreement is for a five-year term, with an option for an
additional one year - co
    ** More than 144,700 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 53,336 shares
    ** Stock has risen 13.9% so far this year
