Adagene rises on collaboration with Roche for liver cancer drug

** U.S.-listed shares of China-based drugmaker Adagene Inc
 ADAG.O  rise 6.1% to $1.40 in early trading 
    ** Co announces collaboration to evaluate the triple
combination of its anti-cancer agent ADG126 with Roche's  ROG.S 
atezolizumab and bevacizumab in first-line treatment for
advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, the most common type of liver
cancer 
    ** Roche says it will sponsor and conduct early- to
mid-stage trials to evaluate the drug in combination vs.
atezolizumab and bevacizumab alone
    ** Adagene to retain global development and
commercialization rights to ADG126
    ** Additional financial terms of the collaboration were not
disclosed
    ** Despite session gains, stock down ~84% YTD
