Resignation of Non-Executive Director

 

Adalan Ventures plc (the "Company" or "Adalan") announces that Paul Auger has
stepped down from the position of Non-Executive Director with immediate effect
in order to pursue other interests and make way for a new directors as part of
the upcoming RTO of Topos.

The board of directors and all stakeholders wishes to thank Paul for his six
years of service guiding the Company through its progression to the cusp of
completing a game changing acquisition.

"I would personally like to thank Paul for his contribution to the Company
over the last 6 years. Paul has been a good independent voice who brought
sector expertise and challenge to the business. Adalan is continuing to
progress towards executing a reverse take over of Topos and will look to bring
new skill sets on to the Board upon the completion of the acquisition. The
continuing Board would like to wish Paul every success for the future and
thank him for his service over the years "
