Issue of Options
Zaim Credit Systems plc (the 'Group' or 'Zaim'), the Russian focused fintech group providing financial inclusion for those consumers who are not well served by mainstream lenders, announces that it has today issued 1,000,000 options over Ordinary Shares ("Options") to an employee of the Group.
The Options are exercisable at a price of 2.7 pence per Ordinary Share, vest equally one year and two years from the date of grant, are fully transferable and have a 5 year term. This brings the total warrants and options in issue to 43,650,000 representing 9.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
