Zaim Credit Systems plc. (LSE:  ZAIM), the fintech group, is pleased to
announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at its General Meeting
held earlier today were passed.

 

Shareholders have voted to change the company name to Adalan Ventures plc and
also to remove Vladimir Golovko from the Board of Directors with immediate
effect
