** Shares of AdAlta 1AD.AX rise as much as 24.1% to
A$0.036, their highest since March 6
** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage gain since
March 6
** Clinical-stage drug discovery co says it has signed an
memorandum of understanding (MOU) with SYNthesis BioVentures for
the development of next generation cell-based immunotherapies
for solid cancers
** Executes MOU to investigate the formation of a new
special purpose entity, AdCella, to provide innovative cellular
immunotherapies originating in Asia with a pathway to western
regulated markets, others
** About 10.2 mln shares change hands, 2.2x the 30-day avg
volume
** Stock up ~21% YTD, as of last close
