** MFA Financial  MFA.N  jumps 55% to $1.77 premarket as co
revokes Q1 qtrly dividends on its common and preferred stocks
    ** Common stock dividend of $0.20, declared on Mar 11, was
to be paid on Apr 30 to all holders of record as of Mar 30; 7.5%
Series B preferred stock dividend was declared on Feb 14

    ** On Tues, MFA's shares plunged 87% to 36 cents after co
