Disposal
The Directors announce that, on 5 October 2017, Adams sold a holding of 68,753 ordinary shares of 0.01 in GVC Holdings plc on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange at a price of 850 pence per share for a total cash consideration of 584,400. Following this disposal, the Company will have cash balances of approximately 660,000. The Directors intend to reinvest the proceeds of the disposal in accordance with the Company's Investing Policy.
