The Company announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held at 11.00am today, all resolutions were duly passed.
As stated in the final results announcement issued on 10 August 2015, Nicholas Nelson has today resigned from the Board and Mike Bretherton has succeeded him as Chairman. The Board would like to thank Nicholas for his contribution to the Company and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
