MUMBAI, July 1 (Reuters) - India's WRSS XXI (A) Transco, a special purpose vehicle wholly owned by Adani Energy Solutions ADAI.NS, plans to raise 6.32 billion rupees ($73.77 million) through the sale of multiple maturity longer-duration bonds, three bankers said on Tuesday.
The company will issue bonds maturing in 17 years and 9 months and in 19 years and 3 months, and has invited coupon and commitment bids for the issue on Monday, they said.
Adani Energy Solutions did not reply to a Reuters email seeking comment.
