AdaptHealth slides as incoming CEO sued by former employer Linde

** AdaptHealth's shares AHCO.O fall 10.5% to $12.06
** U.S. respiratory equipment provider said its incoming CEO
Crispin Teufel has been sued by former employer Linde LIN.DE ,
and is seeking to block the appointment for an unspecified time
** Teufel was the CEO of Linde's unit Lincare, a rival to
AdaptHealth and a provider of sleep apnea therapy and other
respiratory care
** The lawsuit is filed in the Connecticut district court by
two of Linde's units, Linde Inc and Lincare Inc
** Including session's losses, stock down ~38% YTD
